A PAIR OF FINELY ENAMELED FAMILLE ROSE CYLINDRICAL 'LANDSCAPE' VASES
REPUBLIC PERIOD (1911-1949)
The vases are finely decorated in mirror image with a continuous landscape scene depicting various figures in leisurely pursuits, below bands of gilt pendent leaves and leafy blossoms with shou characters set against a floral patterned ground. An apocryphal Qianlong blue enamel mark is on each base.
