TWO JADEITE SNUFF BOTTLES
1780-1900
The first, 1780-1860, is of flattened, ovoid form, carved on each side with a flower. The apple-green stone is suffused with pale, milky, cloud-like mottling. The second, 1800-1900, is of flattened, plain round form. The stone is mottled in shades of apple and milky green.
1 5/8 and 2 in. (4.2 and 5 cm.) high, pink tourmaline and carnelian stoppers (2)
