CIRCA 1870, UNDERGLAZE BLUE WAVE MARKS, IMPRESSED LETTERS AND INCISED MARKS, OVERGLAZE PAINTED NUMERALS
Painted in the Japonisme style with birds and insects amongst flowers, reeds and berries, comprising: a two-handled soup tureen and cover, three two-handled vegetable tureens and covers, four two-handled double-lipped sauceboats on integral stands, a footed circular bowl, two small serving bowls, eight oval platters in four sizes, four circular platters in two sizes, four small shaped oval dishes, two larger shaped oval dishes, eighteen starter or luncheon plates, forty-eight dinner plates, twenty-four soup bowls, twenty-eight side plates, eighteen dessert bowls

Provenance
A gift from Hans Teodor Møller, (1829-1916) to his wife Thora Emilie Møller (1836-1921), and thence by descent to the present owner.
