This handsome example is in very good condition and pleasingly still has it's original chevron-striped kilims at either end. A closely related example is illustrated by Jeff Boucher, Baluchi Woven Treasures, London, 1996, p 54, pl. 18, although the stylised dragon's heads within our border are better drawn and the Mina Khani field design better spaced.
