Arabic manuscript on paper, 251ff. as numbered plus two fly-leaves, each folio with 15ll. of black sini script, sura headings in red thuluth script within double-red rules, verse markers in the shape of red roundels, text within double red rules, marginal markers illuminated in gold and polychrome, opening and final bifolios with gold and polychrome illuminated panels, with opening and closing shamsas, one with signature of 'Abdullah Tarbiji (?) al-Sini and stating that this Qur'an was copied in the Mosque of Xi'an in AH 1003, Qur'anic text followed by prayers, in possibly original stamped brown morocco binding, with pink cloth doublures
