Of circular form, the engraved decoration consisting of a six-pointed star on foliated lattice ground within a central medallion surrounded by concentric registers of interlocking straps, floriated scrollworks and stylised rising palmettes, the borders with stylised clasps, the flat rim engraved with an inscribed cartouche in naskh script within a repeating pattern of bands containing geometric scrollworks, the tinning rubbed, very good condition overall
