Cylindrical, the circular foot surmounted by a panel of scrolling wirework on blue ground, the middle section with lobed teardrop panels, alternating with shaded varicolor scrolling floral blossoms and stylized birds within foliage, on varicolor grounds, the upper section and scroll handles similarly enameled on cream ground, within twisted ropework borders, the base engraved with stylized monogram, marked under base, also scratched with inventory number
