Rectangular with rounded corners, the body engraved with a sunburst pattern emanating from the hardstone cabochon push-piece, the upper left corner applied with gold stylized monogram, the interior with engraved inscription in Russian, 'From grateful colleagues/For the good memories/[City of] Voronezh 1 April 1898', marked inside cover and base
