Rectangular, the Saint realistically painted, astride his rearing horse and slaying a dragon below, within a silver border chased and engraved with leaf tips, the corners applied with chased crosses, with velvet backing, marked on lower edge, with original velvet-lined wood box stamped 'Grachev Brothers/St. Petersburg' beneath the Imperial warrant
