Rectangular, the hinged cover enameled with white, blue and red pellets in a mosaic pattern depicting a flower, simulating a textile design, the hinged upper section centering a mabe pearl with hardstone cabochon-set clasp, opening to reveal a vacant compartment and openwork divider, the interior fitted with a notepad, the integral pencil holder containing a silver-gilt pencil with knop finial, the reverse similarly decorated, centering a monogram, marked inside cover, the pencil marked 'Tiffany & Co./Sterling'
