From the Collection of Mrs Frederica Cook, wife of Wyndham Francis Cook, the son of the wealthy textile magnate, Sir Francis Cook. Mrs Cook travelled widely, collecting jewellery and costumes on her many voyages. Mrs Cook had individual cases made for her collection by Watherston & Son of Vigo Street, London W1.
