A CARVED QIYANG STONE TABLE SCREEN
18TH CENTURY
The screen is of rectangular shape and carved in high relief depicting bamboo, chrysanthemum and day lily branches all growing from rocks. The stone is of three colours, consisting of dark red, light green and a sand colour. The stone is set into a carved wood stand with scrolling supports.
