A BLUE AND WHITE 'LAN?A' BOWL AND A SMALL BLUE AND WHITE VASE
THE BOWL WITH A KANGXI SIX-CHARACTER MARK AND OF THE PERIOD, THE VASE KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722)
The bowl is of deep rounded form with a gently flaring rim and is supported by a short foot. It is decorated on the exterior with a band of Lan?a characters above intertwined lotus flowers. On the interior is a peach spray. The vase is of slender tapering form, decorated with officials and attendants in garden scenes, the base has an apocryphal Chenghua mark.
