A RARE INSCRIBED DOUCAI 'DRAGON' TRIPOD CENSER
LATE MING DYNASTY, 17TH CENTURY
The exterior of the globular censer is decorated with a pair of dragons amidst clouds and flames, separated by the flaming pearl and a banner on a lotus stand displaying with the characters wan sui wan wan sui.
8¾ in. (22.3 cm.) diam.
