A PAIR OF DOUCAI 'DRAGON' CUPS
KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722)
Each cup is finely potted with short rounded sides, supported on a short straight-cut foot. The exterior is decorated with two long-bodied striding dragons, interspersed by wispy clouds. The bases have a Chenghua six-character mark in underglaze-blue.
2 ½ in. (6.5 cm.) diam.
