A FINE FAMILLE ROSE 'BUDDHIST EMBLEMS' BOWL
QIANLONG SIX-CHARACTER SEAL MARK IN UNDERGLAZE-BLUE AND OF THE PERIOD (1736-1795)
The bowl is of deep rounded form and finely painted around the exterior with the Buddhist Emblems, tied in ribbons and arranged in pairs below iron-red keyfret scrollwork within blue bands at the slightly everted mouth rim. The short foot ring is encircled by bands of ruyi-heads and a dotted band on yellow ground.
