A DOUCAI FLORAL BOWL
DAOGUANG SIX-CHARACTER SEAL MARK IN UNDERGLAZE-BLUE AND OF THE PERIOD (1821-1850)
The bowl is potted with tall rounded sides supported on a short foot. The exterior is delicately enamelled with six colourful floral heads encircled by leafy scrolls, below double lines around the mouth rim and above a band of ruyi lappets surrounding the foot.
5 ? in. (14.3 cm.) diam.
