A MING-STYLE BLUE AND WHITE BOTTLE VASE
DAOGUANG SIX-CHARACTER SEAL MARK AND OF THE PERIOD (1821-1850)
The exterior of the vase is painted in vibrant shades of cobalt blue with leafy scrolls bearing large flower heads. The tall neck is decorated with a band of upright leaves, rising to a flaring mouth encircled by a band of crashing waves.
14¾ in. (37.5 cm.) high
