Lot Essay

Rolex's reliable Oyster Perpetual Day-Date model was introduced at the Basel Fair in 1956. The model has been going strong ever since.

The present model is a reference 1804. Lavishly adorned with diamonds on the bezel and dial, it exudes sophistication and prestige. This watch will most certainly be a pleasure to wear. Adorned with what collectors lovingly refer to as a Stella dial, the watch draws immediate attention with its turquoise dial. The watch further delights by its fine surround of 46 diamonds on the bezel and ten diamonds on the dial.
