with three scrolling branches terminating in rams' heads supporting foliate-cast drip-pans, issuing from trefoil platforms with further nozzles above, the columns centred by cartouche mounts modelled with the profiles of Roman emperors, on trefoil bases mounted with recumbent sphinxes to the points and toupie feet, French, late 19th century -- 23¾in.(60.5cm.) high
