THREE PALE CELADON AND A WHITE JADE PLAQUE
19TH/ 20TH CENTURY
The first is a rectangular plaque carved with two characters to each side surrounded by archaistic stylised dragons. The stone is of a white jade tone. The second is a pomegranate-shaped plaque carved to one side with a bat and flower, a fruit and spider to the reverse, and with calligraphy to each upper section. The stone is of a pale celadon tone. The third is a circular plaque carved to each side with characters. The stone is of a pale celadon tone. The fourth is an openwork circular plaque pierced to the centre with a qilong. The stone is of a pale celadon tone.
The rectangular plaque 2½ in. (6.6 cm.) high
