A PAIR OF CORAL-GROUND 'LANDSCAPE' VASES
20TH CENTURY
Each is of rectangular section and are decorated with two landscape scenes depicting craggy mountains behind riverside pavilions with willow trees, and panels inscribed with poems by Li Bai, Wang Wei and Tao Yuanming, all reserved on a coral-ground with gilt scrolling lotus. Both with apocryphal Qianlong iron red four-character mark to the base.
