A BROWN JADE TABLET, GUIBI
18TH CENTURY OR LATER
It is carved as a bi disc superimposed atop a gui. The disc is carved to each side with raised nodes. The gui is incised to one side with geometric motifs and archaic script, the reverse is decorated with auspicious animals and symbols, all carved in shallow relief. The stone is a dark brown tone with lighter inclusions.
