TWO SIMILAR BLUE AND WHITE OVOID JARS AND RELATED COVERS
KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722)
Each is painted with roundels of ladies at leisure in interiors and fenced gardens, reserved on a moulded fluted ground beneath sprays of foliage. The covers are similarly decorated. Each with an apocryphal Jiajing six-character mark to the base.
