FIRST EDITION; ONE OF ONLY 80 COPIES SIGNED BY WHITEREAD; this one numbered 12 of 20 artist's proofs. A rare book documenting the artist's best-known work: the concrete cast of the internal space of a Victorian terraced house. 'House' stood in situ in Grove Road from October 1993 until January 1994, when it was demolished. 80 copies of the book were printed: one for each day of House's life. Whiteread won the Turner Prize in 1993.
