MARK OF JOHN PARKER AND EDWARD WAKELIN, LONDON, 1762
Each oval and on three shell capped feet, with gadrooned border and leaf-capped scroll handles, engraved with a coat-of-arms and later with initial M below a baron's coronet, each marked underneath, further engraved with scratchweights '15=12' and '15=5'

28 oz. 18 dwt. (899 gr.)
The arms are those of Wellesley quartering others with Forbes in pretence, for William Wellesley-Pole (1763-1845), 1st Baron Maryborough and later 3rd Earl of Mornington and his wife Katherine Forbes.
