The cover and sides chased in relief with scenes after Teniers of figures in a village landscape, gilt interior; together with a smaller example in the form of a casket, chased with playful putti, Dutch, 1896; and a Victorian silver heart-shaped pillbox, mark of Thomas Lawson & Son, Birmingham, 1899, each marked on underside of base and cover, the first further marked on rim
