This painting was dedicated to Mr. Raymon Harry Anning, CBE, QPM a former Commissioner of the Hong Kong Police. He was first posted to Hong Kong as the Deputy Commissioner of Police (Operations) in 1983 and was promoted to Commissioner of the Royal Hong Kong Police in 1985. He was the last Briton in the post of Hong Kong Police Commissioner.
