ATTRIBUTED TO THE APZ PAINTER, CIRCA 330-320 B.C.
With three draped females, one seated on an altar, flanked by two standing, all bejeweled with gilt beaded necklaces, snake bracelets and diadems, that to the left holding a situla and an open cista, that to the right with a mirror and a branch, the seated figure in the center with a xylophone, wreaths, fillets and quartered ball in the field; a band of wave encircling below, vertical lines on the neck, wave on the exterior of the rim, a large palmette below the vertical handle, tendrils above and below the horizontal handles, details in added white and yellow, with some gilding preserved
