With shovel bowls centred by two exotic birds facing each other beak to beak; also two Russian silver-gilt and plique-a-jour spoons, one by Pavel Ovchinnikov, "88" standard, Moscow, circa 1890, the faceted stem with turquoise champlevé saltyre, triangular and graduated bead motifs, the other by the same maker but "84" standard, with cloisonné enamel finial and spiral twist stem
