De forme balustre, elle repose sur un petit pied. Elle est ornée d'un décor peint à l'intérieur représentant un pêcheur. Le revers représente un criquet et une libellule parmi des rochers. Elle porte la signature de Zhou Leyuan. Le bouchon est en verre, la cuillère en ivoire.
