Cal. 19''' gilt-finished lever movement, 20 jewels, five minute repeating on two hammers onto two gongs, gold cuvette, white enamel dial, Roman numerals, four subsidiary dials for moon phase and lunar calendar, seconds and day, month and date in Spanish, plain circular case, engraved initials JBV to the hinged back, repeating slide in the milled band, case and movement signed and numbered, dial and movement further signed by the retailer

With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives dated 7 August 2008 confirming production of the present watch with enamel dial and JBV monogram engraved on the back in 1872 and its subsequent sale on 3 July 1873.

Early five minute repeating perpetual calendar watches are exceedingly rare.
