With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1963 and its subsequent sale on 5 April 1963.

Reference 3429 replaced reference 3415 and was in production from 1960 to 1969, the majority cased in yellow gold, few examples in white gold and only one known so far in platinum.
