With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archivse confirming production of the present watch with silvered sunburst dial and black Roman numerals in 1989 and its subsequent sale on 15 August 1989.

Patek Philippe manufactured reference 3545 from 1967 until approximately 1977. The model was available in both yellow and white gold as well as with a leather strap or gold bracelet.

The present watch is in overall very good condition.
