With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1972 and its subsequent sale on 9 October 1972.
Reference 3580 was introduced around 1972 and is the only stainless steel back-wound wristwatch ever made by Patek Philippe. Furthermore, the present reference 3580 is a perfect example of Patek Philippe's 1970's design and is offered here in overall excellent condition.
