A BLUE-GLAZED GILT-DECORATED BOTTLE VASE
GUANGXU GILT SIX-CHARACTER SEAL MARK AND OF THE PERIOD (1875-1908)
The bottle vase is well potted with a globular body and waisted neck decorated with gilt floral medallions and Shou roundels. The shoulder is decorated by a border enclosing further Shou characters amidst a floral scroll, with lotus lappets encircling the foot and pendent ruyi-heads below the mouth.
