QING DYNASTY, 18TH/19TH CENTURY
Of ovoid form, the predominantly charcoal-black stone is ingeniously carved utilising the black and white markings with a mountainous landscape containing an equestrian on a black horse followed by an attendant. The reverse is decorated with a poetic inscription.
