A rare typescript management contract between the Rolling Stones and Manager, Andrew Loog Oldham, no date but circa February, 1965, the contract beginning I hereby engage you individually and jointly as “The Rolling Stones” to render such services as I may require in the production of phonograph records… for a period…terminating August 31st 1970... the contract stipulates that A minimum of 40 (forty) 78r.p.m. record sides or their equivalent shall be recorded during the term….and that We and/or our subsidiaries, affiliates, assigns and licensees, shall have the exclusive right to sell the products of your services…and that royalty payments will be paid at seven per cent (7%) on sales up to February 28th 1965 and twelve per cent (12%) on sales after February 28th 1965, the contract signed in black ballpoint pen by Andrew Loog Oldham, Bill Wyman, Keith Richards and Mick Jagger, in black felt pen by Charlie Watts and in blue ballpoint pen by Brian Jones, 2pp.
