2 works in one volume, oblong 8° (149 x 182mm). Brown morocco gilt by Coverley, spine lettered gilt in one compartment, the others lavishly decorated in gilt, turn-ins, gilt edges (new endpapers). Provenance: S.A. Thompson-Yates (bookplate).

RARE. Crispijn de Passe’s work is printed in 3 languages, French, Dutch and English but some verses have also been translated into German. The illustrations depict portraits of adulterous men and women.
