MARK OF JEAN-PIERRE-NICOLAS BIBRON, PARIS, 1ST STANDARD, 1798/1809
With relief frieze of Classical female busts, campana-shaped capitals with anthemion borders; also a French silver oil and vinegar cruet, mark of AM with an indistinct device above and pellet below, Paris with mark of Association of Silversmiths introduced in 1793 but seen much later, early 19th century, the pierced sides incorporating winged lions supporting a shield, the twin receivers with winged female busts and 2 later glass bottles
