the former of plain drum form and with an egg and dart rim, bracket handle, blue glass liner and flat hinged cover with shell thumb piece, maker's mark indistinct, London 1925 - 4in. (10cm.) overall, one of the pepperettes a Georgian barrel-shaped example with baluster finial, maker's mark indistinct, London 1779, the other an Edwardian pedestal example with ball finial, London 1907.
