A PAIR OF ZITAN RECTANGULAR BOXES ON STANDS
Each cover is finely carved on top with two chilong biting the scrolling and branching stem of lingzhi through which they clamber within a beaded border, with key-fret borders carved at the rim of the cover and rims of the box. Each is raised on a stand carved in imitation of bamboo.
