A PALE GREYISH-GREEN JADE VASE
18TH-19TH CENTURY
The vase, of oval section, is carved in high relief around the base with wind-tossed waves, and below the edge of the shoulder with a band of taotie masks. A dragon, also carved in high relief, is shown climbing up one side onto the neck which is flanked by a pair of dragon-scroll handles.
