A SMALL PALE GREENISH-WHITE JADE CIRCULAR 'MOON PALACE' PENDANT
LATE QING DYNASTY
The flat pendant is carved in low relief on one side with a rabbit pounding the elixir of longevity, and on the reverse with the characters, yue gong ('moon palace') in an oval cartouche. The semi-translucent stone is of even pale greenish-white color.
1 5/8 in. (4.2 cm.) diam.
