A LARGE CLOISONNÉ ENAMEL MEIPING
19TH CENTURY
The high-shouldered, tapering body is decorated with swallows in flight amidst or perched in blossoming prunus and crabapple trees, as well as with tree peony and chrysanthemum, all growing amidst rocks of unusual white, mauve, yellow and black color against a ground of gilt T-fret trellis above a band of ruyi-headed lappets.
