Gouache heightened with gold on paper, Maharana Sangram Singh II of Mewar (r.1710-34) is depicted several times wearing white robes and an orange turban visiting shrines and performing acts of worship, is two large white temple complexes with numerous devotees, the landscape divided by a river surrounded by rocky outcrops in the centre, the landscape with several smaller shrines and hermitages, within yellow rules on three sides, cotton textile backing, royal Mewar Library inventory number on the reverse, mounted, framed and glazed
