CIRCA 1900, SPURIOUS UNDERGLAZE BLUE SHIELD MARKS, INSCRIBED ERBLUHT IN IRON-RED, STAMPED GESETZLICH, THE STAND WITH IMPRESSED SHAPE NUMBER 2915 B AND FLOWERHEAD MARK
The two-handled oviform vase on a square plinth, painted with a bust-length portrait of a maiden, signed 'Donath,' within elaborate gilt borders, the tapering column-stand similarly decorated with two portraits and signed 'Wagner'
The vase: 24 in. (61 cm.) high
The stand: 43 ¼ in. (110 cm.) high
