One circular inlaid with gilt-metal and mother-of-pearl in the form of cartouche and putti, the other rectangular inlaid with silver with a coat of arms to the lid and a fortified town to the reverse; together with a German gilt-metal mounted black japanned snuff-box, mid-18th century; a North European ivory baluster hand-seal, 19th century; a glass hand seal; a Japanese ivory netsuke carved as a rat, late 19th century; a Chinese smoked quartz brush washer, 19th century; a Louis XVI enamel folding knife and five various pen holders; a gilt-metal box in the form of a brush
