Each shaped circular with ribbon-tied reeded border, cast and chased at intervals with fruiting vines, twenty of the plates engraved with WR monogram with Royal Prussian crown above, each marked on reverse, and engraved with weights, in a tooled-leather travelling case

The monogram and crown are for Emperor Wilhelm II of Germany, King of Prussia (1859-1941).
