Another Torah pointer by the same maker, Johann Conrad Weiss, is in the collection of The Jewish Museum, New York, and is illustrated in Rafi Grafman, Crowning Glory: Silver Torah Ornaments of The Jewish Museum, New York, 1996, illus. p. 292. It is also referenced in Nürnberger Goldschmiedekunst, Band I, Teil I, 2007, p. 439, no. 12, along with other Judaic objects by this maker, including Torah shields, a Chanukah lamp, and a charity box.
